Vic Firth American Classic® Drum Sticks - Wooden Tips

The American Classic® line combines tradition and Vic Firth style. With bold designs, the Classics are turned from select hickory — a dense wood with little flex for a more pronounced sound. Hickory is also capable of withstanding a great deal of shock, making it highly durable. The tips are deeply back-cut for intensified cymbal response.

2B Series: Ideal for heavy rock, band and practice. Plenty of power and durability. Medium taper for a great balance.

3A Series: Barrel tip with a shorter taper. Balanced for aggressive playing, the 3A produces a fat, punchy sound.

5A Series: Tear drop tip for rich cymbal sounds. The #1 stick in the world—great for every style of music!

5B Series: More substantial than a 5A, but not overpowering. Medium taper for a great balance.

55A Series: Combines the dimensions of a 5A and 5B. A great choice when a 5B is just a little more stick than required.

7A Series: A scaled down American Classic® stick with great balance. Perfect when speed and touch are top priority.

8D Series: Like the 7A, with a bit more reach.

85A Series: Combines the dimensions of an 8D and 5A.
