Rental Instrument Repairs

Rental repairs are completed within 24 hours once the instrument arrives at our store.

You may bring your instrument to our store during normal business hours and a technician will go over it while you are here.

You may also call or email us and we will arrange to pick the instrument up at your child's school within 48 hours. We will bring it back to our shop for repair & return it on the very next school day. If the instrument requires extensive repair, a loaner will be provided.

We offer free school pick-up and drop-off during the school year for rental instrument repairs. (This service is not offered for privately owned instruments)
